I have used these for years and after switching to a new room I now need new ones (couldn't take the old ones with me). They are so great for helping students keep their items in their own space.

I'm glad I bought this for my class. The desk plate has made it easy to display student names and keep their pencil and eraser readily available.

I put Velcro on the bottom of these for stability. They were perfect for nameplates and pencils, and they made things on the table a lot more organized.

The Lakeshore Nameplate Display Trays are generously sized. They are long with a large amount of tray space. This is a new order for me this year, and will be used to serve a dual purpose. My goal is to create personal space for each student by labeling their seating area and giving them ample space to store their pencil and eraser.

I saw these in a first grade classroom about 8 years ago and was so impressed with how they encouraged a sense of pride and organization among the students. I had no idea then where to buy them, but leave it to Lakeshore to have them in stock. I teach small groups of students, so I bought 12 of these, keep 2 pencils, an eraser, and a custom-made alphabet strip in these. I allow freedom to pick up the tray and take it to an area a student wants to work. While instructing, students have them in front of them as a means to identify personal space while making them feel like young professionals. HA! These do NOT have any adhesive for securing them and, in my case, I have not wanted to do so. These add color to my classroom and coordinate well with my other Lakeshore blues like the seat sacks and magnetic book shelves. Be sure to verify that the dimensions will work for your purpose because these are of substantial size. Thank you, Lakeshore, for a quality-made item.

These are great for all students. It is helpful to have a place for their pencils along with the name tag. They do move around the desk often so I put command strips on the bottom and they stay in place well.

They’re pricey but they work great..they actually keep the kids from destroying their name plates. I like moving the names round so the kids have to identify their name (pre-k) and so I can change who they sit by.

I love the sleekness look of these displayed in the classroom.

On my third year of using these and they look brand new still. I love this set up because my students are able to see their name right in front of them, they dont lift up from constant table wiping, and they hold a pencil in place. love!
