These sheets are nice because they are very sturdy.

The laminating pouches are very stron and sturdy to use to laminate.

I love these pouches and have been using them for years. They are heavy duty and last even with many hands. I love how convenient they are I can just laminate at home and save time and money.

I like to laminate posters and specialty papers that I use regularly in my classroom. I either make or purchase them, so that's a pretty huge investment that I would like to protect and preserve as long as possible. I have tried other laminating sheets before and laminating pouches from Lakeshore are the best. My favorite pouches are the 5mil because sometimes my students will bend the other laminated papers/posters. They have found it difficult to bend the 5mil and I like how sturdy and protected the posters are afterwards. I have had students drop the posters in water and the work is still protected. Other thinner laminating sheets have started to separate, but every poster that is sealed in the 5mil laminating pouches have remained protected and paint free for at least ten years. I highly recommend this product!
