The box arrived broken so I called customer service ... customer service promptly took care of the matter. They sent me a replacement but the Replacement was also broken. Very bummed out with the red box. I had also Ordered a blue pencil box and that one was fine. Didn't want to bother calling customer service again so I just tossed the box.

I was looking for opaque pencil boxes to use as Word Work choices, and they were exactly what I expected in regards to that! I actually ended up returning them only because they weren't the right size for what I wanted - the product itself was great and I can imagine that they would last through several years of use!
