I initially bought these so students could take home books. I then realized some of the bags didn't make it back so I stopped--expensive when it's coming out of my own pocket. I now use these to store my personal books and arrange them by theme/topic. The totes are sturdy and I can often store 5-10 books in each bag depending on if they are hard cover or paperback. I have noticed the price increase in them since I last bought them, which was in the last year.

Love these bags for student books!

These bags will be durable to hold 4 hardback books for patron checkout at our library. We love the short handles and plan to hang them from magnetic hooks. Also the front is durable transparent plastic which will help our circulation staff to check contents. We will use the little plastic pocket as an ID tag. Wonderful product!
