Got this on sale in store. Love it! My son who is 3 is able to program it. I printed out cards to create paths to go along with it.

Bee Bots are a great way to introduce hands-on basic coding skills to young learners. My students code the Bee Bots to go through mazes students have created. I have used them with students in grades K-2 but older students use them too. I have six in my classroom and love how they are charged by USB.

I have used this bee for Steam programing. Sometimes I Just let the kids program it with no instructions but sometimes I have them go through a maze. It's a lot of fun and the kids love it!

I learned about teaching coding to Pre-K students at an early childhood conference session. The Bee-Bot was featured during a portion of the presentation and I decided then and there that I was getting one for my classroom. I now have six! I purchased Bee-Bot for a Maker Space experience for kids age 5 - 7. The kids love it! It is fun and easy to use. The early programming skills are just what I was looking for. Bee-Bot is just the right size for small hands! The simple left, right, forward, backward, pause buttons are not overwhelming and give young kids success in programming the movements. I would definitely purchase this again for a classroom setting.

Love Bee-bot!!!! Easy for Kinder thru 3rd grade to use and program! Stimulates problem solving and critical thinking. We are making mazes with classroom blocks and cubes and writing code to program Bee-bot to travel through the maze. Very cool. My first graders are on fire at the end of this school year!!
