I love these feelings journals, they are a great way for students to share their emotions. We do an oral sharing of how we feel and than students transfer their ideas into the journals. Many of my students are able to do multiple skills with the journals, these inlcude : writing, sharing and social emotional development.

I really enjoyed using these journals with my preschooler as part of our social-emotional curriculum. Not only did it help her identify her moods/feeling, but she was able to express them through art as well with the provided draw box. This journal is great for even the younger kiddos who are not yet writing.

My 5 year old begs to do this every morning. She loves choosing the feeling and that the sentence has be be short.

Love it! I got it for my 7 year old. She really likes it. Doesn't use it everyday but will pick it up from time to time. Anything that gets her to share her emotions more is a win in my book.

i love this journal and so do the kids. We try to color in our feelings journal as often as possible. it is a great tool and will be a wonderful keepsake for the kids.
