Right off the bat it introduces important concepts like a growth mindset. I like how it is split into days, but you could easily work through each section in one sitting.

I’m so excited to use this for my first graders this year as my school is implementing growth mindset. I love how each week is laid out by a daily activity that is short and can be easily done in your morning routine. Definitely Recommend! Nice quality!

My daughter has really enjoyed the scenarios in the journal where she can problem solve on paper and then hopefully be more flexible in day to day situations when problem solving skills are needed:-)

I purchased this journal for my first grader during covid. It is a cute little journal for kids that teaches them to be resilient and not to give up. We did the journal over the summer and used it as talking points during the day. I would recommend this journal to every child.

Our teachers love using this as part of their class!
