This item is very expensive for what it is, however my son loves it and plays with it all the time! That makes it totally worth it for us. The remote is easy to use. It changes colors. The colors are bright, but not too bright. You can see the colors brightly even with the lights on. It is very sturdy and can still support my son's weight at age 11. If you have a child that is a light sensory seeker, this is the perfect toy for you!

we love this, light changes quickly. only things that would be better is if it could be app controlled (we lost the remote) or if music could also play!

This tap and play color light center is a game changer! Lakeshore was amazing and donated this to my Early Childhood Special Education Classroom. We have had this for about two months and we have already used this in so many different ways! You can use it as a sensory break, instructional time for colors, during free play opportunities, turn-taking opportunities, etc. My kids have LOVED getting to see the different colors reflect on the ceiling while we are using this. We use 3 of these on one of our playroom walls at our Children's Hospital! The pediatric patients love to interact with them. They are easy to hang and remove for staff. We also love them because they can be charged overnight, so we don't have to have a cord hanging and worry about safety.

I wish we could buy 20 of these! Super bright and playful!

I bought this for a glow party we had! We used it for a stage and I bought light up wands for pretend Microphones. The kids could not get enough of it!!!! They loved it! I loved that if I chose the tap option it changed colors when they stepped or jumped on it, but it also faded between colors on its own when they were not on it. It really is a great purchase! It is also very durable and allows the kids to jump continuously without breaking it at all.

No waiting for response to action taken...light changes swiftly , safely and to the delight of all using the Light Center. Am grateful for the amount of care that was taken in the construction of the device...very safe and enjoyable for person using and even for the therapist! Thank You! The only thing that could possibly make it even better is an audio portion being added..?

My grandkids loved this toy for about half an hour and then got bored with it. If it also had a beat or music function that went along with the lights it would have been a lot more engaging.

I was a little worried because it was REALLY bright, but my kid seems to LOVE it. The remote does allow for brightness to be dimmed but it is still pretty bright on most colors. We have dragged this into the bathroom for a relaxing bath time, we have used it next to her sensory bins for a calm activity and she really likes to tap it and watch the colors change! The remote allows you to cycle through the colors with preset options, we really like the fade option for night time or relaxing time before bed! I have already recommended this item to many moms!
