This item is exactly as advertised. I love that the beads can be cleaned quite easily. Very simple cleaning instructions are included inside the bin making the cleaning process a breeze. Fantastic play ideas are offered in the instructions as well. The letters are perfectly sized and very durable. My son loves the way the beads feel when he is searching for letters. I add toy manipulatives and other items sometimes, as this keeps it fun. Many language activities can be created with this simple yet fantastic open ended resource. This would be a great resource for a speech and language pathologist or a parent loooking for language activities. The letters can be switched out to form so many new activities.

I bought this at the request of a teacher and I'm sure she will use if for fun and learning in her classroom. But, as the gifter, I felt it is very overpriced by the time shipping and tax are added. There are not very many letters included, and besides the letters it is just a plastic tub and plastic mini balls. It will be difficult to clean, and a disaster if spilled.
