I bought a bug kit and used these magnifiers today. My students had so much fun experimenting with how to use them to view the bugs.
These were an awesome gift to hand out to my daughter's class for her birthday! The kids all loved them and they are nice and sturdy and work very well!
I bought two sets of these for my daughter to give out to her class for her birthday and they were a huge hit with the kids! A great choice for classes that don't allow birthday treats.
Great little magnifier for little hands! Students love them for station activities and exploration.
Affordable way to get a classroom set.

These are perfect for little hands. My son loves looking at bugs with the magnifiers. And I love that they have a hole where you can attach a lanyard. Just as described and just what I was looking for.

I teach outdoors science to kids (6-11). Being a geologist, I continually use my hand lens. I want the kids to mimic me being a scientist. The "Best Buy Magnifiers" are perfect. They have raised sides, which cuts down on scratching the plastic; they have a hole large enough for a shoelace, so as to hang around necks; and they have two magnifications (3x and 6x).

These are perfect for kids to get even closer to the natural world. They are sturdy, have pretty good magnification, and have a handy dandy hole for a string to go through. If you are educating children in nature you need to have these.

These magnifiers are a fun and useful addition for science activities and "I Spy" language arts worksheets. I've used them with my first and fourth grade students so far and they were a big hit. Reasonably priced and top quality too.

These hand held magnifiers are just what I need in the science area. I also use them during guided reading when I want students to find a specific word.
