You still need several items to make these experiments work, most of which we didn’t have laying around the house. Doesn’t have much in the kit for as much as they charge.

Our 6-year-old was totally absorbed from the instant we started trying experiments. The ones we tried worked great. It took a few tries to make the bamboo-skewer-through-the-balloon experiment right, after a few burst balloons, so it's good they provide extras for practice.

Some science kits are sorely lacking as far as content, materials, and quality. This one is worth the investment, though! Great variety of experiments, clear instructions - highly recommend!

I bought this as a birthday present for my grandson. He's very interested in science at 4 yrs old. This was perfect for him, AND it's a great means to create father-son bonding time.

My 7 year old grandson loves science. He misses it because of the online teaching. He loved this kit. He loves doing the experiments. Most of what he needs are included in the kit.

We have other science kits. This is a fun one because it deals with truth or myths. It demonstrates how adding a parachute slows the falling item. My 7 year old girl is super excited to try these experiments. Separately, we discuss what she's observing. Sometimes she'll draw or write her observations in her science journal.

The experiments were relevant and interesting, even for parents. My granddaughter is 9 and she was fascinated and loved it.

I looked at a ton of kits. This one really looks like what my grandson will enjoy. The price seemed reasonable too. I don't know if he likes it yet as it is a Christmas gift.
