This is a great kit for an introduction to magnets and includes cards with many different investigations. It comes with a stand to put the activities cards in, which makes it easy to display the projects. We used this at a family STEM night, where High school volunteers were presenting activities for younger children and their families. It does contain a lot of small pieces, and with a lot of children using the kit, the volunteers had to continually check to make sure all of the pieces were still on the table. It came with a bag of small metal beads that ended up rolling around on the floor. I would recommend for using in a smaller setting where it would be easier to keep track of all of the pieces.

Great magnet kit! Our nine-year-old twin grandchildren have enjoyed exploring the materials and doing the experiments.
