This is a unique science project with several interesting experiments to try out. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand to help set realistic expectations for my kids is that these gummies will not end up tasting like store bought gummies. The instruction manual, which you'll be able to access after purchasing, does point this out.

the kids had a blast learning how gummies are made. i had to help with the heating of wayer but other then that my kids where about to do it by themselves. the gummies had great flavor.

A lot of fun and a great experiment to do with the class!
