My granddaughter was ecstatic when she saw the growth begin on the crystal trees. She has agreed to share her trees with her sister, and both girls are excitedly watching the growth. As well, they have promised to keep me posted with photos of all progress.

My preschooler was able to help assemble this little science experiment, and our whole family was entertained as we watched the little tree grow. The science behind the crystal formation is explained wellbut it does seem magical to watch it happen!

Took to my 4 year old grandson. It was easy to put together and fun to watch grow. I think he learned from it. We only did 2 trees, so 4 are left for a different day and with other friends.

My 4 and 6 year old really enjoyed watching the trees grow. The set up was very easy and clean and the crystals started to grow within an hour. 6 hours later and the trees fully bloomed. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my nieces and nephew ages ranging from 3 to 11. It was a great family project and they over it.

My children could watch this happen, which isn't really true of all crystallization experiences. The included pamphlet had helpful terminology.

I bought this kit with little confidence it would be that great....but I was wrong. It is amazing that the crystals started to grow in about an hour. It continues to grow with beautiful colors. It's a great fun easy project.

Not a lot to do with the project but so fun to observe. It says 6 hours but actually grew for about 8 so start this project early in the day. My 5 year old loved it!
