These are great with some showing life cycles which is helpful to Young kids minds. They really add up and gives many angles of lots of animals. I do wish they had some mixed themes and included other science topics besides just animals like space etc

this set is wonderful. i wish you would make a master one of these viewers so we could share and use other slides!

My students love these. They like tompretend they are taking pictures, then bring them to me to show me. Great conversations about the animals and birds. Given information would have been helpful, but they are still a great resource.

The kindergartners love viewing all these pics up close. It's great to have several to ge used at once!!

With the exception of the fact that I didn't want or expect to get a view finder with each of the 5 slides that I purchased, I was pleased with the variety and clarity of the vision of the pictures. My goal when giving a gift to a child is to eliminate batteries and high tech engagement. This collection met my expectations.

Pre-school and Pre-k both LOVE the pictures. The pictures encourage them to ask questions and have conversations.

Great to keep my son entertained, while learning, in the car.

I wish you would sell the sets of discs separately/ we have the viewer, but we don’t need 5. We just need more sets of discs to view

Ugh, these are so cool. The pictures are great. However, when you buy a lot of classroom supplies you are used to inserts being included in the box with some sort of facts or tips. That is not the case with these. I was mostly looking for the name of the sea creatures to help identify them. It wasn't until I was opening my last box, the ANIMALS set, that I noticed the pictures and names were on the side of the box. I had already tossed out the other packages. I didn't need the names of the animals, those are easy to identify, but I don't know anything about bugs. It's going to be a pain to make an index but I'll have to for them to be used with my curious students.

The View Masters were a perfect addition to my Sea Life and Insects centers. The kids are over the top excited to use them! My only complaint is that the reels get stuck in the wrong position quite often and the kids need assistance to get them lined up properly. The reels are not as sturdy as the old View Master reels and tear easily as well.

These were a BIG hit in the Library for my center on insects and sea life! Good discount for the set verses individual viewers.

These view finders were a disappointment. The discs are not sturdy like the old view finders were and will easily get torn and bent even with careful use. The content was lacking as well. There was no story or logical progression to the slides on each disc. For example, on the insect discs, there is not a disc showing the life stages of, say, a butterfly, simply several different varieties of butterflies with no information included.
