My grandson loves looking at picture books of real animals. This definitely catches his interest!

I have used this set for several years as a preschool teacher and director. The children love to play with these and get a close up look at insects. The bug tray is perfect and a great fine motor skill as well. We have used these in a science area with magnifying glasses and they are so much fun. I just ordered a new set for my grandson for Christmas as he loves bugs and misses seeing them in winter.

Love this bug kit. We have several of these at our center and I ordered a few for the grandkids. They will look at them, discuss the differences of them, and will decide which ones are the ugliest or most interesting. The book is a real plus!

My kiddo has played with this in a local community event, and loved it enough that we had to buy it. It's great how much details the child can observe in this safe way. I just hope the insects were obtained ethically.

So, we bought this for our five year old grandson for Christmas. He loves bugs!! Not so much his grandma We will see what he thinks come Christmas Day!!

We had a program for children up to age five that included a lot of toys for them to explore. The Real Bugs Discovery Kit was the most popular item there. The kids were mesmerized by the different bugs, and they loved to take them out of the slots, look at them up close with the magnifying glass, and put them back in the tray. They really liked this and were engaged with it for a long time.

These are fabulous!! They are sought-after by a number of children year after year and have withstood the test of time! These bugs are made well and have weathered the storm in our classes with little to no damage.
