These puzzles are an absolute must for any preschool classroom! Lakeshore is the only place I have been able to find this style of puzzle.

this is perfect for my two year old! he had a hard time taking the pieces ouy without a knob but he flips the puzzle over now

Great beginner puzzle. Puchased the individual dinosaur, castle, and airplane puzzles for the beginning of the school year.

I purchased this puzzle along with the butterfly and train puzzle for my 2-yr-old son. These puzzles provide the perfect bridge between simpler, single inset puzzles (puzzles where exactly one piece fits in exactly one hole on the puzzle) & more difficult jigsaw puzzles. There is not a duplicate image printed underneath each puzzle piece which increases the difficulty level, but it was exactly the challenge I wanted for my son. He LOVES these puzzles & will sit & do them over & over again. The puzzle pieces are nice & chunky for little hands & are cut smoothly without worries of splinters. The colors are vibrant too...exactly as pictured. I highly recommend this product.
