What a hit this has been with our 3-year-old granddaughter. Once it's done, she wants to do it again and again and again! Solid, quality construction, beautiful colors. Even the storage box is sturdy. Came packaged with the pieces together in pairs and that was a really good start for her in putting it together. We're already deciding which one to order next. Highly recommend!

My son is in an ocean animal phase he just loves this puzzle and would spend hours building taking apart and rebuilding he always has a smile on his face when he puts in the last piece.

A great transition for young children who have mastered easier wooden pre-school puzzles and who enjoy puzzles. Sturdy and larger-sized puzzle pieces are challenging, yet possible to do. My grandson uses color matching strategy most. Pictures are colorful and interesting. He's coming to understand the idea of edge pieces to assist him. He started doing these puzzles at age 4. This is his 3rd one. He takes the puzzles apart and puts them back together. One puzzle at a time, of course.

Such a fun activity for a group of kids.

My 2.5 year old daughter LOVES this! I am amazed that she was able to put this together. We left the puzzle set up on the office floor. She keeps going back to it to take sections of it apart and put it back together again. Lakeshore has the best quality puzzles for 2-5 year olds.

My now 3 year old son started getting into jigsaw puzzles when he was about 18 months old. He received this puzzle along with the construction vehicle puzzle this past christmas from my mom and he LOVES them both. He can complete them on his own and is very proud at the end. The are very high quality puzzles which is nice since small kids can be a little rough with their things while they are still learning how to be more gentle. Highly recommend for your young puzzlers!
