Headphones were on my Kindergartner's school supplies list. Someone from the school had recommended these. I was worried they may be too big for my child's head. He says he likes them and they work great!

After 2-3 months, sound stopped coming out of one side of the headphones. Quite disappointing, especially given the level of quality I generally can expect from Lakeshore products.

Very disappointed. I bought these headphones for my first graders. Within a few months, half of them were not working. In theory, they are great: very comfortable, adjustable, and volume control, but they are not durable. The wires are very thin and easily fray or pull out from the speaker in the ear piece. For the price, I expected much better.

I purchased these headphones for my kindergarten classroom. The headphones we had previously, had a plug that was inserted into the flash drive slot on their chromebooks. The students would pull them out and some would snap off. I have found that Lakeshore has durable products made for kids. I originally purchased 8 headphones and then later purchased 4 more. I have had the headphones for about three weeks. None of them have been broken. I did speak to the class before allowing them to use the headphones. I told them I had spent a lot of money on the headphones and discussed the proper care, etc. I have not allow students who were not-so-gentle to use the headphones because when I did, one student immediately removed the ear cover. It was very easy to put back on, but I wasn't going to take any more chances. The only problem I have encountered is that some students complain that the headphones are too big. I think our previous headphones fit more snuggly and they just need to get used to the lightweight feel of the Lakeshore headphones. Another issue is that a few times I had to pull out and push in the plug when I attached it to the chromebook as though it wasn't proberly pushed in. When I pulled it out and plugged it into the chromebook again, it would work just fine. Even with these minor issues, I would highly recommend this product.

These headphones have great sound and work well for my first grader.

I've bought probably 100 of these headphone over the years. I love the cushions on the ears which are very comfortable and the volume control which is handy - however so many of these headphones get sent back to the office because one side does not have sound or they actually broke right above the ear cushion. Unless you have students who take good care of them, they will break and only last a few years.

We have gone through several cheap sets of headphones. For the price you pay with these, the quality is great!! They fit, are comfortable and so far have not gone glitchy! We have had them for almost 2 years.

Our principal bought a whole set of these headphones for each of our first graders to use with their iPads. We used them daily and we tried to keep them properly stored and cared for. After using them for about eighteen weeks, nine out of seventeen headphones were no longer sending sound to the earphone. The wiring coming out of the earpiece part, I assume, has broken and there is no longer a connection. We tried to repair one but no luck. I suggest buying something with a little more reinforcement where the wiring meets the earpiece.

Had to purchase another brand .
