Magnets add a different dimension to shape sorting using every day objects that will encourage kids to see shapes in the world around them! The pull and positioning of the magnet rods is a good sensory fine motor skill and a great way to keep things from getting lost since a full rod lets you know all the pieces are there. Love these for our preschool and kinder kids!

these seem pretty durable the kids did enjoy using them. I just wish there was a few more shapes in the box especially for the $45 price point.

Very easy for older preschool children. It did lead to conversations about shapes. Magnetic boards are nice for helping young preschoolers sort out shapes .

I watch 6 of my grandchildren, from 2-5 years of age. We have a learning time each day. Monday is our color and shape day. This activity was a hit the first time we opened it.
