Great beginner counting and fine motor set for younger students.

I’m always looking for fun educational hands-on learning experience for my preschool students. This is very popular pick during math center small groups. It’s great for counting, number recognition, and fine motor skills.

These are great to work on fine motor skills while also incorporating math skills. For my students that don't have the prerequisite skills to put in the pegs, we start them off with removing them instead while counting.

These number counting peg boards are AWESOME! They are durable and colorful. You can use the number pieces separately outside of the boards to sequence numbers, you can put your finger in the cut out of the number puzzle inset and inset where pegs go into to count, and also complete the activity with simple put in directions. I am going to purchase a second set because a few pieces have come up missing due to a lot of the use in my classroom...and I can easily replace the missing pieces keeping the other set as replacements.

Amazing resources for young learners!

The foam board material make it difficult for a small child to actually put the peg inside the slots, making it utterly difficult for it to be used by a small child on their own. The idea and concept are great! But the material and construction make it hard to use it. Disappointed.

Excellent for math skills

This product is very high quality. The pegs are easy to hold and the number boards are sturdy. I used this product for years in my classroom and now with my grandchildren.
