Making cents

Our 2nd grade grandson got upset with his 1st grade sister and quit the game. The 1st grader had no experience with the amounts of coins. It was a wonderful learning experience for the 1st grader. I think both players need to have basic knowledge of what the coins represent before playing . Hopefully after they are both knowledgeable on what the coins values are they will be able to play the game together.

Quality game; worth the price

Bought by parents for a 6 year old kindergartner. Student is just starting to learn coin dominations and name in public school. A good quality game. Teaches the money in a fun manner. The pieces/cards are well made and not cheap...NOTHING to put together! The point of play is to do chores or find change and add it, using the help of coins (great for younger kids) or adding it with no help. Some of the tasks need to be removed for a younger player then added later.
