First, the bright colors are engaging and make it easier for kids to read the numbers; for example, my students know the blue numbers are the tens place value. The size of the cards also help my students to see greater numbers or lesser numbers. They are very durable as well.

Works as intended, the re-closable pouch is comes in is also nice. It’s like plasticized cards, better made than home laminating. We also used these to create vertical equations to help guide the downward math.

Great for working with digit values, expanded form, place holders, standard form, etc. These tiles match the colors of the other Place Value products from Lakeshore which is great! Would be nice if the tiles were a little thicker.

These are extremely helpful for my third grader learning how to round numbers.

This is a simple kit with nice colors. Doubled sided, but a little thin so the pieces are a little slippery. But it offers a lot of possibilities for use.
