These are very useful in teaching fractions and decimals. The students can learn these concepts conceptually by being able to manipulate them.

I was expecting these to be plastic but instead they're cardboard. I'm disappointed. Thankfully I'm a homeschool mom so these will only be used for my own kids. However if I was a teacher, I would not want these. I wouldn't expect them to hold up well against a classroom full of kids year after year.

Really nice set, I bought these for the children in my class to used instead of the Montessori fractions in online learning. Worked as expected and very vibrant colors.

Nice small kit in it's own pouch. Pieces are made of a sturdy chipboard with nice smooth sides. They are double sided with fractions on one side and decimals on the other.
