I love these Journals and have used them for years perfect for TK, K and 1st grade!

The pages are a good thickness. The layout is great for beginner writers.

I purchased this for my child to use the summer between kindergarten and first grade. She used the book to write short stories and letters to friends. My favorite part is that it’s spiral bound and lays flat.

I was looking for a way to have my first grader journal at home and this was just perfect and fun.. he loves to write all his treasured memories and fun moments on it.

I used this with my first graders this past year and it was the best decision ever, these were SUPER easy to manage and let my kids have tons of independence during our writing block.

My two grand daughters are 7 and 6. They both LOVE school and LOVE writing and drawing/coloring. I bought them each one of these journals and a funny pen. They got these journals the first week of June of 2023. The 6 year old has almost finished all of her pages and the 7 year old is not far behind. Today, I reordered for both of them. The journals are inexpensive and are easily accessible for all of their stories. What a find from Lakeshore and big are their smiles!

I was looking for a journal for my kids and these are perfect for their needs. Quality is amazing too.
