My son with autism and ADHD really struggles with anxiety over mistakes, and this is very useful not only to go through together but also to refer back to when he’s struggling. It helps give him focus in the right direction. I love the weekly page spread layout!

I have used these with various grades of students and think they are great prompts that focus on Growth Mindset in many ways that are short and sweet. I used these during my short SEL block and it was perfect.

My daughter is often in a negative mindset, so this workbook has been a good way to have her see other options that aren’t me telling her to be positive. She likes the stories and the work is not difficult. She doesn’t like the part each week where she has to relate it to herself but I think she is doing better and better as time goes on. I wish there was another one at a higher level.

I have been using this book as part of my homeschool curriculum. Each day there is a new concept to talk about so it is a great conversation starter. Your child will also get to self-evaluate and learn to journal and reflect as an outlet. I love this journal!

This is an amazing workbook. I wish I had something like this when I was younger- I had to learn these things as an adult, haha. All children should learn about having a growth mindset! In addition, the book gives practice activities for other academic skills like reading comprehension, writing, and critical thinking. So good.
