I used these to teacher our summer enrichment program for Grades 4-6 so I had to purchase this 1-3 bundle as well! Students further develop their fluency quickly, the cards are organized, easy to flip through, I use them with sand timers and have the students keep track of their reading!

Perfect for intervention and guided reading groups
February 21, 2018 - By coffee4mefrom Reedley, California
I am an intervention specialist working with 3rd to 5th graders. This box is great because the cards are 1st to 3rd grade which is where most of these fragile learners are. I first make copies of a particular story ( WITH permission because I checked). Then the group practices the story with me before I pair them up to be timed. They practice in between each timed reading and get so excited when they get further after each reading.
