I was super excited to receive these tiles - I like that upper and lowercase is on the same tile which makes it very versatile, also that it includes enough letters to make a variety of words and that the vowels are red. I was disappointed when I received the tiles and found they were just cardboard, also the bags were impossible to open and I ripped a few just opening them. I ended up spending more money to buy bags that students could actually use to make it accessible for my classroom. For the amount of money spent I expected a plastic tile that would have a longer life in the hands of a kindergartner.

The tiles are very useful for individual independent work for blending and spelling words. I was disappointed to realize the tiles were not made of a sturdier material. The integrity of the tiles are not lasting long with my kinder students. That is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

These manipulatives are very handy. Small to store easily but large enough for students to manipulate.

This product is greatly organized and carefully placed in sturdy plastic packets.
