My students love the learning locks! This is always their first choice of games!
I have used this parody for several years in my classroom. It is well made and still looks great!
My kindergarteners loved these cvc lock and key manipulatives. They did them at a center. They wrote the ones they opened by spelling them by theirselves. My higher kids wrote sentences with the ones they unlocked. They were a hit. I have the Alphabet and number lock and key activities too. I love these are perfect for kindergarten!

Great way to help youngsters learn CVC words. They can tap out the words to unlock a lock. I love how there are the pictures on the locks. Great way to increase vocabulary for second language learners.
Fun activity for my 3 year old who is just starting off doing phonics. She is absolutely thrilled every time she opens one of the locks. I would recommend it for preschoolers.
My kinders love the lock and keys! They are very engaging. Students are reading and matching and enjoy working in teams.

We love the Lakeshore Learning Locks! We have owned the letter and number locks as well. My daughter has gotten so much out of these because of all the different skills needed to play with them.
The kids get so excited for this activity. Help with learning and fine motor skills!
My first grade students just love this game! They have so much fun reading the words and unlocking the locks. It’s such a creative way to practice a reading skill!
I bought this set after trying the displayed set at the Lakeshore Learning store and buying the numbered set for my nephews. The locks and keys felt durable to withstand lots of use! I chose this specifically for my younger students, but have found that even my older students (grades 3 and older) who struggle with reading really enjoy using these because they feel successful. Can be used as a group activity, individual activity, or even a game to earn after completing work.
I bought these for my classroom. My students really enjoy playing with them.
My first grade class loves this game. They ask to do it often!
