I use this mostly as a center in my Kindergarten class. One day a week I run it as an independent center while I teach a small group. It's a perfect addition to the Phonemic Awareness I teach in class. I use Listen and Learn Letter Sounds on Monday, Phonemic Awareness on Wednesday and either Print Awareness or Descriptive words on Fridays to fill out the listening center. I find them easy to use and very effective

We used these a lot with ESL students. It worked very well. The grade level would be beginning of first grade in my opinion for non-ESL students.

For a couple of years I've used this early in first grade at a listening center to strengthen phonemic awareness. I also send home an activity at a time for struggling students to get extra practice. It's great for parents to hear and see their child experiencing this type of listening.

I LOVE this program! It is one of my favorite purchases from lakeshore and my kids love listening to it. It is easy to use and at the end of each atiity the person goes over the answers with the children!

I just LOVE this Phonemic Awareness Activity Program! My students enjoy the fun activities that teach rhyme, beginnig and ending sounds and other phonemic awareness lessons. It is a perfect ready to use center!
