Complete waste of money. The book, which is really a booklet, contains only one sentence on each page. It is a rhyming booklet which is a copycat version of This is the House that Jack Built. I purchased this kit to use as a teaching tool for children when selecting appropriate clothing for the weather. I was hoping that the students would be able to dress the figures with the clothing pieces, but they cannot. The cloth pieces have Velcro stuck on the back but that's about it.

This is one of my favorite books to read to my Early Childhood Children. They simply enjoy hearing and seeing the story told to them. I later place the book with the storytelling pieces and they pretend to be the teacher and they take turns following along with the story piece.

This is a great set for retelling the story as well as for sequencing skills. We love this book & retelling the story with the pieces is fun & easy - some sets have too many pieces or they aren't clear with the order. This one is perfect!
