These beads are not that easy to snap on. The box says for ages 4+ but my 4.5yr old is unable to do on her own, and even for me as an adult it's a little hard. Maybe works better for 6+.

My 4 year old granchild loves these beads. She just pops them togehter to make a necklace or a braclet, or both. Lots of fun. She doesn't do the spelling though, just pops them together in many different colors and the letters are scattered thoughout the chain she puts together.

Loved this-had looked all over for the old pop beads for my Grandaughter--found these even better! Helped her with her letters...Glad I had them on hand, as she was home sick from pre-school we played with them for over an hour! Was fun she loved giving the name necklaces to Mommy Daddy her brother...A great gift great to have in the house!

I was so looking forward to getting pop beads for my 4 year old granddaughter like my daughter had when she was little, but sadly, these are way too hard for her to snap together. After putting together a necklace for myself, the tips of my fingers were sore. The colors and textures on the beads are nice, however.

This was a birthday gift for my 4-year-old granddaughter, and she and her sister sat down immediately and starting playing with them and were having so much fun. The set has 250 beads and will keep the kids busy for hours! Highly recommend!!

My 3 year old loved making bracelets for the whole family! Great toy for dexterity and letter recognition.
