Great quality and great picture for each letter! The letter of the book is also a different color on the pages.

As a Kindergarten teacher at the begining of the year, I highly recommend these books for teaching initial sounds as well as reading strategies: look at the picture and first letter or letters and point to each word. The colors are so big, bright and colorful and the books and pages are built sturdy for continued use! My students LOVE flipping the pages and reading the repetitive text and have built confidence is solving words using their reading strategies. I include the books at my Word Work station for fast finishers.

I am in love with this little books set. The quality is amazing and can be wipe it. I am planning in buying the Spanish version soon.

These books are an excellent resource for students as they are learning letters and sounds. Each two-page spread has the upper case and lower case letter on the left an easy to identify picture on the right to reinforce the sound the letter makes. The books are constructed from heavy paper that is coated and can be wiped off for cleaning.

Great for teaching the letter of the day to an almost one year old!

These are wonderful, durable books which children love.

This set is great but I really wish there were two books for each of the vowels: long vowel books and short vowel books. It's confusing to have both sounds mixed in one book. They're made of sturdy cardboard and have gorgeous colorful pictures.

I needed a tool that would help my 2.5 year old granddaughter learn her alphabet. These books allow her to learn the letters in more depth than picture book alphabet tools that can be overwhelming to a child just figuring the alphabet out.

This is exactly what I have been looking for except that X,Y, and Z are one book. I understand X is difficult, but it would be easy to fill a book with Y and Z words.

These books were what brought me to the Lakeshore store. My children want to read these books every day. It's just great!
