We have had these CDs since my son was born. He is almost 6yrs old now, and still listens to them every night for bed. I couldn't imagine bedtime without these!!

Helps with sleeping routine

We bought this CD to see if it would help our daughter start winding down for sleep and I think it has been helping. Nice calming music
