Ordered this set to place in our church's nursery. It's perfect. Sturdy construction and the right level of sound. A bonus--no batteries required!

Our 21 month old has noted the matched sets of instruments, 2 of each kind of shaker. This is a lovely attribute as his brother is drawn to whatever play he creates and this way each can have the same sound to play together. The varied sounds are stimulating for rhythm play.

As is true with many Lakeshore products, these have been surprising in how long their play value has endured. We bought these when our oldest grandchild was a baby and he has loved them in various ways for three years. Now we have a baby grandchild who once again is enchanted. Safe for awkward babies, and fascinating for the sounds and sights.

Great toy to add for a baby !

My six month old loves these. Perfect for tiny hands. the bell makes a clear and pleasant ring, its light enough for him to shake and bang on things. The cylinder shaker distracts him with the beads dropping, and the small rattle makaes yhe best noise.

I bought these for my twin grandchildren, because they seem so interested in music and rocking to the rhythm. They are only 9 months old, but they absolutely love them. The fact that there are 2 of each instrument, is perfect for them. Highly recommend.

Little ones really enjoy shaking these. All works well but the little ones always put the handles in their mouths for chewing.

These instruments are perfect for home or classroom use. They are favorites with my 10 month old (she has been using them from 6 months) and my 2 1/2 year old. Great quality, very durable, and fun colors and sounds. They really add to our music time!
