As long as you are following the guide it super easy to put together and they are exactly what we needed in our space. I would say that the velcro arrangement on the sides is a little frustrating. I love that they velcro together but no matter which way you turn a piece it will always have the same pattern of hook to fuzzy velcro pieces. This can make it a little difficult to do any other arrangement other than that shown on the instructions and still have the benefit of the velcro connectors. But all in all, these are great! We love them!
