This is a well constructed step stool. It's mainly made for stationary placement. There are no locking casters or lockable wheels. The finish is smooth so no fear of blisters. It is easy to clean.It is heavy but will last for years.

When I asked my niece for suggestions for her 2-year old son's second birthday present, she said he was in need of a step stool. After thorough research, I chose your model. It's expensive, but it's the only one that scores high on EVERY POSSIBLE SAFETY FEATURE, and then some. The 2 year old loves it; his first foray lasted 15 minutes -- he was splashing in the sink and brushing his teeth. He was very happy. His parents said he LOVES it, and the parents love it. They said it was so well made, they plan on using it themselves when they are old. It will serve as a kind of family heirloom. Their one year will also be using it in another year so. Thank you so much for the quality materials and construction, durability, and safety. The more I researched kids' step stools, the more concerned I became until I found yours.

We use this step in a preschool at the sink. It lasted 1.5 weeks before the laminate peeled off the step! Poorly made:(

This stool is perfect for our 3 year olds. Its sturdy and the kids feel safe with the sides to hold onto. Definitely a great purchase for our preschool.

I love these steps

The step stool we purchased was built well. The only down side was the stool was not high enough, for some toddlers, in reaching the sink faucet.

I love that the steps come out of the box ready to go! They are sturdy and well made!

We got this for our 22 month old because all the step stools in the stores were made of plastic and either tipped over when he stood on the edge or were too low for him to reach the faucet. Other wooden ones online did not have side rails, traction strips (the ones on these are the next best thing to duct tape!), were too narrow and seemed likely to tip, or were too steep. This one addressed all those concerns and was built like a tank. In fact, it's become it's own source of entertainment for our little guy! The only drawback is that it. is. GIGANTIC!
