Very sturdy product. Got this for my 2 yr old grandson. He loves putting the shapes in and then taking top of and pouring out and doing it again. Will help him learn his colors and shapes. Happy with the product.
Best Toy in my Tool Kit!
I use this shape sorter in my Early Intervention cases every day. My kids love pushing the shapes through, and it can be modified for younger kids by just removing the shape lid and making it container play!
One year old room loves shape sorting!!
Teacher in a one year old room and the children play with this for long periods of time!! we actually had to get another one for our room due to the squabbling over it daily!!! Great product very durable and easy to sanitize!!! We love it!!
Perfect shape sorter
A year later and my 2.5 year old still loves this toy! It's great for learning shapes and puzzles and colors! He's able to easily open it and start over. The pieces are big and not a choking hazard like some other similar toys I've seen. Definitely recommend!

Great product
Awesome for both large and fine motor skills. Very easy to keep up with the peices
Perfect for learning shapes.
Our kiddos love this. They are successful in getting the shapes into the holes. Our toddlers are not longer frustrated. Our kids also love being able to dump the shapes out.

Shape Learning
This toy makes learning shapes fun. The child holds the actual object and then matches the object to the shape of the hole to put it into the bucket. Somehow this is very satisfying, and something the child wants to do even when it is clearly too hard for them to do alone. After many hours of doing this assisted, our grandson now finds it rewarding to put the shapes in quickly by himself. Learning shapes three dimensionally is of far greater learning value than just naming shapes on two dimensional drawings.

Favorite Shape Sorting Activity
There are a lot of toys out there that help with shape identification, and this was a favorite beginner toy at our house. I bought this when my son was 2, and I found the toy to be developmentally appropriate for him. The number of shapes was not overwhelming, and he liked being able to see the shapes drop into the bucket. Also I appreciated the ease of simply being able to unscrew the lid and dump the shapes out. No need to tediously fish the shapes out of the container once the activity is completed. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a beginner shape-sorting toy.

love it
If the bucket was just a hair taller, it would get a perfect 5 stars. But my kids sometimes get frustrated when they get down to the final shape or two and they wont fit/drop in smoothly

Great toy for developing motor skills
My favorite thing about this toy is that the bucket is clear! That way my grandson can see the shape blocks as he places them inside the bucket. He is enjoying picking up and holding the shapes right now, at age 8 months. Two of the shapes are harder to drop through the top cover than the others, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.
