Hard to setup

My kids use to have a game similar to this when they were small so thought I'd get it for my granddaughter to play. The pieces are really hard for her (and me) to put in to setup/play the game also they don’t have a special piece for putting polar bear on so polar bear slips off the ice when playing. Game is inexpensive but very cheaply made.
