The game includes a full-color map of the world and 160 questions, plus a die and 40 point tokens. To play, children take turns rolling the die to select questions, then use their mapping skills and social studies knowledge to answer them. I purchased this item for my son who is learning about world history and is special ed. When home therapist/tutor comes she reinforces concepts learned at school in a fun way with this game. My child gives it the 5 stars!

Fun and educational

I bought all the Grab & Play Games as part of our homeschool social studies curriculum and I must say that I absolutely love this game.
Explorers does not only teach basic map reading skills and some fun history facts as the simple description for this product describes, but it is one of the few 'kids' games I have found that doesn't feel the need to sugarcoat history. Some of the questions involve the spreading of diseases by explorers, the slave trade and killing of native peoples.
Yes, I would recommend this product.

Hands on learning

This was great for review and easy to play by simply reading a map. My class loved this game. It also helps build teamwork and math skills.
