This is such a fun hands-on reading game for my students to do. This game always for them to practice social skills of turn taking along with practicing/ reviewing long vowels.

We play this game multiple times a day. My student still has some issues with correct ai, ay, ea. But the thing I wish most is that there were more cards.

Perfect for the kid who has graduated from CVCs and is ready to take on vowel families, but in a scaffolded way that sets them up for success but makes them think. Well-constructed game with white boards (fun!), just enough variety in the spaces to keep it interesting, and guidance about the different long vowels for each sound so that kids are choosing from 2-3 options for each answer. I usually get an eye roll when I suggest an educational game, but this one has been a hit!

I use this game in my one-on-one tutoring sessions. It was been a huge success!! This game offers a great way to review vowel patterns while racing to win. I am thrilled with my purchase.

This game allows children to say the words, hear the words, see the words, and write the words. They love the colorful gameboard and enjoy writing with the dry erase maker. They are eager to play this game over and over again hoping to win. It is a great learning tool!
