My nine year old and six year old love chess teacher! Before I purchased this, I purchased a chess book for my munchkins to learn how to play. They used the regular chess set we have to play, but my munchkins found it quite difficult remembering what each piece can do. Chess teacher solved the problem! They truly appreciate the reminder that is on each piece. They love that they do not need the book with them to play. One of the best purchases. Highly recommend!
