Students practice place value hands on—as they play a lively game of bingo! The game is played just like traditional bingo, but with clever clues that help students understand and review place value concepts. You get enough materials for the whole class to play at the same time, including 36 game cards, 50 calling cards, a reference mat and over 320 marker chips.

Fun Game

I absolutely love this bingo. It is challenging enough to use with my 2nd graders while easy enough that it is fun to play. 9 spots is the perfect amount to give everyone a fair chance to win.

This is a good game for a large class. For small group tutoring, I sorted the questions for cards in groups of ten only making it more immediately rewarding for the small group

I purchased this game to use with my 1st and 2nd grade math classes. My students enjoyed playing the game, but some of the clues were too hard for my 1st graders and even some of my 2nd graders - for example, "this number is 10 less than ___ (a given 3-digit #)" I could easily adapt these clues by just telling my students how many hundreds/tens/ones were in the number, but if you want to use all of the clues that come with the game, it is probably best for 2nd or 3rd grade.
