My daughter loves this and has been very helpful in teaching her shapes and colors while having fun. 4 stars because some of the magnets don't work well. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.
The kids truly loved this toy and it is really helping them in improving and connecting shapes with different items.
Absolutely love it! Very sturdy will have many years of use.
My kindergarten students greatly enjoyed our new classroom learning tool! This allowed them to work on developing their fine motor skills, explore math concepts, and even experiment with the science behind magnets. Our classroom contains several different magnetic mazes from Lakeshore. Every time we use them at centers they always are a hit with the students and engage them in learning!

My students love these magnetic puzzles - I bought all 4 of them (colors, numbers, shapes and alphabet). I love that they are sturdy and self-contained - no pieces to lose!

I love this overall, but the opening that divides the shapes and pieces are little smidge too small, that my 2-3 year olds have hard time shifting other shapes to get what they want out of that opening.

My students love this item and says that "it is so cool". I love this, because it not only match real-world objects to their corresponding shapes, but also help them to develop hand-eye coordination, hand strength and dexterity. This is a great tool to have in your classroom to help children with the control of small muscles.
This is a fun way to learn or review shapes. I bought it for preschoolers but I tutor Grades K-2 also and they love it.

I purchased a lot of items from Lakeshore while I taught and continue to buy for grandchildren, great-grandchildren and for the great-grandchildren's teachers to use in learning centers. I have found quality merchandise with great sales.
This board is great for sorting by shapes and using everyday things as pictures. Good for helping to develop fine motor skills also!
Children are intringued with the shape of the tiny objects. They enjoy learning about shapes & colors as they practice fine motor skills.
Children build knowledge of shape concepts while practicing fine motor skills - a great combination to engage students!
