Great for Grades 1-2

I shared this big book with a class of college students studying to become teachers. I suggested having children make finger puppets or paper characters on craft sticks to act out the story. Using a puppet theater in a primary classroom is a wonderful activity that promotes public speaking, and the children love it!

Poor quality

I was very surprised with the size and quality of the big books. I worked in a child development center for 10 years so I have read plenty of big books. It’s smaller than what I’m used to with big books and I was expecting it to be better made. The pages started falling out just 3 days after using it so I’m constantly taping it. It’s definitely a disappointing purchase and not worth the money.
