my granddaughter and I looked for a puppet of Ollie and found this Dalmatian instead so she wanted it and of course grandma gets it for her. Grandmas have a weak spot for granddaughters.

The perfect addition to my little one's playbox. He finds the puppets very engaging when we sing, play, or read books together. We bought this when he was 1 year old and he is about to turn 2 and still finds it very engaging.

I looked and looked on the internet for some puppets to use to teach social skills to my preschool class. Everything else out there seemed to have issues. Some had mouths that didn't move. Some were dreary colors. Some were way too expensive. The only reason for five stars is that this is a bit small for an adult hand. I'm petite and this barely goes over my wrist. I understand that these run small so children can use them, too. It does, however, accomplish its purpose. The quality seems good.

This puppy puppet is made well. It is sewn sturdy. My 3 year old loves to play with it daily! I also use it for teaching reading!
