I ordered 2 of these phones for a 2 and 4 yr old. The Bell sound is more like the old fashion tricycle ring-ring sound but much much softer. That being said 1 of the phones was super faint so kids being kids were fighting over the more loud sounding phone. After about 15 min they were done.

Very realistic for children as young as one years old. Pushing the buttons and hearing the sounds is fun. Then as child gets older they can use for dramatic play.

I was a little disappointed in the sound on this phone. It is very faint. However my granddaughter really enjoys playing with it!
