The doll is beautiful and washable .

We went looking for a doll that looks like our 14mo daughter and Hispanic girl dolls are next to impossible to find. When you do find them, many have hard plastic parts, try to look like a stripper, or are cheaply made. This one is none of those: it's entirely cloth with no hard plastic bits she can whack herself with, it looks very much like any ordinary young Hispanic girl (just like the picture), and has sustained the abuse of a toddler with no notable damage (beyond the usual snot & drool, though I understand it's machine-washable).
