The little one I bought this for was particularly fond of avoiding anything that required wrist rotation. They were also still struggling to differentiate the roles of their hands when manipulating objects. After a brief demonstration of the various ways to play with the farm animals, I left them on a surface to explore independently. The next day, I received a video of them applying this newfound knowledge. For the first time in over a year, they were able to perform a wrist rotation on a toy to achieve a desired result. It was a significant milestone for them. These toys are not only great for developing fine motor skills, but they also foster building 10 play and language skills. The little one was able to name each animal, provide the correct sounds they make, and even create storylines involving different animals. The play was so engaging that the little one wanted to take one to nap time. These toys have been played with repeatedly, and they are definitely worth the investment. They are of high quality and I highly recommend them.

I bought these for my 1 year old granddaughter. She loves how their legs move and that the turning heads make a clicking sound. They were a bit pricey, but I think they will last for years and through many of her siblings.

Very sturdy, cute, poseable animals. My granddaughter enjoys them as I read a farm animal book to her. Depending on the animal, you can pose the legs along with the head and/or tail, making a clicking noise whereas the duck and chicken are supposed to squeak when you bounce them. Ours did not squeak well until we bounced them on the edge of their legs rather than straight up and down.

I like that they can be posed. Perfect for my 8 month old granddaughter and her 2. 1/2 year old disorder enjoys them also

My granddaughter loves these animals. They are solid, hard plastic and very very sturdy. They're just the right size to be carried everywhere. They come in a box; easy to wrap!

Fun set of animals with heads and legs that move and make clicking sounds. They hold the attention of a one year old a little longer because they move. The duck in our set was defective but Lakeshore will be sending a replacement in a few days.
