They are the perfect size for my space. They are obviously high quality however, one of the screws had been screwed too tightly and there are 2 cracks in the wood. Very disappointing. I called customer service and they are sending a new one but I have to box up this huge thing to return it. A huge hassle to say the least. This was the only solution they offered. I offered to keep it with a discount credited to my account which was denied. I'm not even sure how I will be able to box this up to return it? The box it comes in will need to be cut to get the item out - put the damaged one in and tape it?
